• Strategic leadership and development of the global Medium Gas Turbine Controls engineering organization, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous learning and high performance
• Alignment of organizational capabilities, competencies and workforce planning with business growth objectives, future market demands and long-term strategy
• Implementation of the Medium Gas Turbine Controls Service growth plan in close collaboration with regional organizations
• Delivery of high-quality, efficient and reliable engineering execution with a strong focus on customer value, project performance and business results
• Harmonization and continuous improvement of engineering processes, methodologies, standards and digital solutions to increase efficiency, quality and scalability
• Strengthening of cross-functional collaboration, talent development, succession planning and operational excellence across engineering, project execution, product management and regional teams

• Engineering degree or comparable technical background with experience in controls, automation, electrical engineering or related disciplines
• Solid professional experience in Medium Gas Turbines and/or turbine control systems
• Proven leadership experience with a strong commitment to developing people, building high-performing teams and creating an inclusive work environment
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate business requirements into sustainable and effective engineering solutions
• Strategic mindset, curiosity and passion for innovation, continuous improvement, digitalization and positive organizational change
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment, fluent English language skills, Swedish language proficiency as an advantage and willingness to travel as required
