How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities

Work closely with the business unit, you will be responsible for the experience design for innovative software.
Develop operating concepts for a variety of products and visualize your concepts using low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (e.g. with Adobe XD or Axure), which will be refined with users and internal stakeholders.
Support all phases of the human-centered design process, from developing a strategy and vision through to final product development.
Represent the needs of users to various stakeholders in their respective project teams and beyond.
Identify the needs of different user groups in user research and translate them into user journey maps and product requirements.

What You Bring / skills, capabilities
Creative capabilities with visual design skills that brings stakeholders on the journey though the mockup design.
Professional experience in an agency environment and/or in an in-house UX team with a significant portfolio.
Experience with UX in agile projects and common data analytical tools (Tableau, Click, PowerBI).
Experience and good knowledge in SQL, REST, and Test and query optimization as well as web development languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, C#, ANGULER).
Sound knowledge of usability engineering and interaction design methods.
Experience collaborating and working with various stakeholders (eg software developers) within a matrix organization.
Develop creative concepts with a passion for design, as well as setting high quality standards for your work with strong attention to detail.
