About the Team

Project Development and Investment (PDI) is responsible for driving business to Siemens Energy in an increasingly competitive market. To do this, PDI employs a fully integrated development and investment approach that utilizes the full suite of financing options available to Siemens Energy (development funding, equity finance, structured debt, leasing, guarantees, and letters of credit, etc.), export credit agencies, external sponsors, and banks to successfully bring such projects to Financial Close. This approach entails very early-stage investment in energy projects to secure market share and generate profit, and requires strong risk controls, strategic portfolio management, and market-standard governance processes that comply with Siemens Energy standards and regulatory requirements.
