A Snapshot of Your Day


The primary job requirements of this position are to perform a wide variety of tasks to maintain and manage all aspects of order & material planning within the Steam Turbine manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities include:

·       Create/maintain production orders, inbound deliveries, outbound deliveries, and rework orders for all new & service work. Ensure all information provided by Planners, Project Managers and Procurement is accurately reflected in SAP.

·       Perform monthly inventory cycle counts and annual asset inventory counts for production areas to support Finance.

·       Troubleshoot material, production order and SAP issues to ensure system accuracy.

·       Work closely with production supervision and operators to ensure smooth production flow and minimize production impacts.

·       Physical inventory/warehouse management of in-process materials to support production assemblies.

·       Abide by all company policies regarding, safety, quality, housekeeping, and performance expectations.


How You’ll Make an Impact


·       Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA), Associates Degree (AA/AS) or equivalent work-related experience.

·       Working knowledge of MRP and 3+ years’ experience working in SAP.

·       Ability to work alone or in a multi-disciplinary team environment and able to manage multiple tasks at any given time.

·       Strong experience with computers and Microsoft Office software.

·       Must be a collaborator willing to take on tasks and actions that are outside of normal business requirements.
