As the leader of the Combustion sub-Component Operations, you will lead people to deliver products to critical customer outages that help ‘keep the lights on’. You will also be the business owner that grows the business by bringing in new and exciting opportunities to utilize our highly skilled and talented workforce and our unique equipment capabilities to deliver precision components! This area is primed to grow and needs a leader who can think outside the box!

What You Bring 

●       People management skills including setting expectations, driving accountability across 24/7 operation while ensuring we are coaching and growing our people for development.

●       Excellent communication skills to motivate the team as well as to win customer confidence.

●       Preferred candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, majoring in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, and direct supervisory or management experience.

●       8+ years of experience in Gas Turbine design or manufacturing.  Preferred candidate will have a solid understanding of Combustion component manufacturing core competencies and processes.

●       Driving cost out of organization and products to ensure business financial targets are achieved.

●       Six sigma or continuous improvement training, as well as good problem solving abilities.

●       Demonstrates full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management.

●       Demonstrated ability to present technical information, in a meaningful way, to customers, management and work group.

Through our Generation division, we enhance and innovate conventional and renewable power supply. Currently, we're reducing carbon emissions of existing assets and developing technologies that transform power generation applications.
