A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team as the Cluster HR Services Head for the UK, Ireland, and Nordics! In this pivotal role, you will take charge of operational performance for HR Services delivered through a diverse ecosystem of providers, ensuring that our processes are fit for purpose. You will play a crucial role in driving HR transformation initiatives within your cluster, implementing harmonized and standardized processes while collaborating closely with payroll and HR systems counterparts. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will be the “swiss army knife” of HR services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery through a network of providers.
- Drive change initiatives across multiple HR functions, engaging with (senior) business leaders to foster collaboration.
- Manage and build a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional HR Services within the cluster.
- Strengthen process know-how to future-proof the organisation and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support HR IT, and Business Process initiatives by contributing regional expertise and playing a key role in roll-outs across assigned countries.
- Collaborate closely with the business process outsourcing service provider to ensure quality operations and lead deficiency resolution efforts.
- Be a major contributor to our global HR transformation project while ensuring the continuity of existing operations.
What You Bring
- Strong experience in HR Services and Business Processes, including shared services and HR BPO outsourcing operations such as HR Administration, Payroll, and HR query Management (Service Desk).
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of experts focused on efficient and quality delivery.
- Familiarity with HR IT domains, particularly Workday HCM and ServiceNow, is desirable.
- Experience in managing an ecosystem of partners and vendors in HR Services.
- A proven track record of delivering change and improvement projects within HR services.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, coupled with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Self-directed with excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global environment, working flexibly as needed.
- A degree in Administration with HR or a combination of HR/IT or Business Information Systems is desirable but not essential.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Regional Human Resources team, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, the Payroll head, and another Services head leading the rest of Europe. You will be empowered and trusted to drive success in handling various HR operations topics.
