About the role

  • In your new role, you will be responsible for preparing, coordinating and consolidating budgets and forecasts for Blades and Vanes (B&V) Berlin
  • You create monthly reports and target/actual analyses, align them and conduct reviews with the departments and management
  • You will also calculate regulatory parameters, carry out cost center controlling, prepare data and support make-or-buy decisions
  • You participate in active operational controlling, prepare recommendations for management, carry out ad hoc analyzes and create presentations

Tasks

  • Budget and forecast preparation, coordination and consolidation esp. for maintenance, consumables and allocations
  • Active operational controlling with respective Berlin departments 
  • Consolidation and TARGET / ACTUAL comparisons of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with technical departments and management
  • Cost center controlling
  • Data preparation, business cases and support of make-or-buy decisions
  • Preparation of recommendations for actions for the management
  • Preparation of presentations and ad hoc analyses
  • Professionalization and automation of existing reports

What You Bring

  • MS Office 
  • SAP OPP/SAP R/3
  • Analytical skills
  • Background and professional experience in controlling
  • Experience in factory controlling desirable
  • Programming knowledge desirable to drive the automation, for better analysis and to create simulations
  • Good communication skills
  • English and German fluently 
  • Travel willingness to Germany
