The AWS Solutions Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and harmonization of all AWS-based HR IT solutions within Siemens Energy, including HR Data Hub, COIN, ODPA, MIRA, SABA, and SELP. The role focuses on establishing a unified technology framework, optimizing system architecture, and strengthening internal capabilities to reduce reliance on external vendors. This position supports the company’s AI Strategy and contributes to building a scalable, future-ready internal development environment.

You will act as a key partner to Product Owners and Service Owners, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions and delivering high-quality outcomes that support informed decision-making across the organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Coordinate all AWS-hosted HR IT applications (HR Data Hub, COIN, ODPA, MIRA, SABA, SELP) within the Digital Core organization.
• Define and align a common structure for system setup, solution design, and technology architecture across HR IT solutions.
• Strengthen Siemens Energy’s internal technical footprint by promoting standardization, automation, and the use of state-of-the-art cloud technologies.
• Identify and implement initiatives that reduce dependencies on external vendors and optimize operational costs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to ensure robust, secure, and scalable system design.
• Support the AI Strategy for home-grown HR IT solutions, ensuring readiness for future integration and analytics capabilities.
• Contribute to business continuity and resilience planning for AWS-based HR IT solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Siemens Energy’s IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and solution design.
• Strong understanding of HR IT system landscapes and integrations.
• Experience in coordinating multi-application environments with both internal and external partners.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in HR data and analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
