How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop forward-thinking leadership programs and initiatives that drive organizational success
- Use advanced instructional and learning design principles to create impactful, tailored solutions
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless execution from strategy to implementation
- Provide thought leadership and stay ahead of industry trends in executive education and leadership development
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to co-create high-impact learning experiences
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches to continuously refine and improve outcomes
What You Bring
- Degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources
- Longstanding Experience in designing leadership development programs for global and cross-cultural contexts
- Proven expertise in designing target-group oriented content and methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging trends in leadership development and executive education
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from conception to implementation, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including collaboration, facilitation, and communication with diverse audiences
