A Snapshot of Your Day 

A typical day for a working student in finance department involves assisting with the booking of invoices, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and performing various administrative tasks to support the finance team. We are looking for a student to join our finance team who will help maintain financial records, manage data entry in financial systems, and collaborate on special projects as needed.

Located in Split or Zagreb (Croatia), you will be a part of the team of Pro Integris d.o.o. who is the 100% Siemens Energy subsidiary/legal entity.
 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Assist with the booking of invoices and ensure accurate and timely processing.

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the finance team.
• Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
• Assist with data entry and management in financial systems.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent English.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus but not required.
