A Snapshot of Your Day
Start your day with a team huddle, discussing the latest challenges and solutions in our development program. Dive into user testing, identify issues, and brainstorm innovative fixes.
In the afternoon, test new functionalities, support the creation of documentation for the solution. As a point of contact for our business when it comes to guidance, and you will also be one of the creators of training sessions. Participate in cross-functional meetings to share progress and receive feedback. No two days are the same, offering constant learning and growth opportunities.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- End user support by replying to end user email requests and interfacing with development team
- Updating and creating user documentation in Wiki
- Supporting with maintaining application meta data and user access
- Supporting with application testing
- Creating automated test cases and verifying results.
What You Bring
- University student or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge about Microsoft SharePoint or Confluence Wiki
- Knowledge about JavaScript, YAML, JSON
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
