As a Warranty Project Manager at Siemens Energy, no day is the same! You will work on managing warranty claims and ensuring customer happiness through flawless execution of contractual agreements. Your day will be filled with planning, problem-solving, and continuous communication with collaborators to ensure the successful implementation of our warranty obligations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• As a Warranty Project Manager, you will work at the ICW (Installation, Commissioning & Warranty) department and be a part of the Project Management organization.
• Your responsibility begins when the customer takes over the operation of the gas turbine, leading and coordinating the warranty project team in accordance with contractual agreements.
• You will handle warranty claims and could be responsible for the overhaul project or the warranty obligation in the contract, determined by the project's specifics.
• You will ensure seamless communication and happiness of the customer through reoccurring customer meetings, coordinating with various teams to resolve technical solutions.
• Your responsibility concludes when the project is handed over to the responsible service organization.
• Your efforts will drive the execution of our warranty commitments, ensuring our customers experience the highest level of service and reliability.

What You Bring

• Proven experience working in project management roles, preferably within a technical field.
• A passion for leading project teams and solving technical challenges together with the project team to achieve customer happiness.
• Proficiency in English, ensuring clear and effective communication with international customers and teams. Swedish is a strong plus.
• A strong focus on financial matters, including forecasting and cost control, to ensure project profitability.
• The ability to report accurately and timely to relevant management.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customers around the world

You will have a strong network around you consisting of Warranty Project Engineers, Commercial Project managers, Logistics, Technical Analysts and all of us aiming towards ensuring our product's optimal performance and customer's satisfaction.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
