Join us as a Service Sales Manager in Grid Technologies, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the Service Business for High Voltage grid transmission solutions in Spain!

Imagine building strong relationships with key players in the solar and wind farm sectors, engaging with developers, IPPs, and EPCs through regular visits. You will have the opportunity to expand our market share by participating in industry fairs and associations, while also collaborating closely with the Execution Unit to define strategic market targets.

Your expertise will guide pricing strategies and market analysis, ensuring our proposals are technically accurate and commercially viable. This role is not just about sales; it’s about making a significant impact in the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead the development of the Grid Technologies Service business in Spain, focusing on building and nurturing key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders, including solar and wind farm developers, to identify and create new business opportunities.
• Participate in fairs and associations to enhance market presence and expand our customer base.
• Support the Execution Unit head in defining market strategies and setting ambitious targets.
• Conduct thorough price and market analysis, negotiating effectively with customers to secure favorable terms.

What You Bring

• You hold a Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Substation business, you bring specific knowledge and project management skills that will set you apart.
• You have a proven understanding of the HV portfolio and experience in the Service Business.
• You are fluent in Spanish and possess very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You are willing to travel frequently for business, both nationally and occasionally internationally.
