Snapshot of your day
As the Senior HR Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the interdependencies of various projects within people systems and services. You will be responsible for critical paths, handle risks, and ensure that all initiatives align with our broader transformation strategy. Your hands-on approach to deployments, combined with your ability to maintain a comprehensive view of our HR operations - including systems, services, and payroll - will be key to your success in this role.
How you'll make an impact
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple HR transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead Interdependencies: Identify and manage interdependencies between projects, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across HR departments.
- Be responsible for Critical Paths: Assess project timelines and critical paths to ensure that key achievements are met and that potential roadblocks are addressed proactively.
- Risk Management: Assess and manage risks associated with project implementation, developing mitigation plans to minimize impact.
- Connect the Dots: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how various HR initiatives impact one another, ensuring alignment with the overall operational transformation program.
- Hands-On Deployment: Actively participate in the deployment of HR systems and services, providing mentorship and support to ensure successful implementation.
- Strategic Oversight: Keep the bigger picture in mind while managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring that all efforts contribute to the organizational goals.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in HR transformation, project management, or a similar role, with a strong focus on HR operations, systems, and payroll.
- Outstanding project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and interdependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to balance hands-on deployment activities with strategic oversight, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Proficiency in HR systems and technology, with a solid understanding of operational HR processes.

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – People Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open attitude. Our team is responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation.
