A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Sales Project Manager, you will act as the key interface between customers, sales, and internal execution teams to ensure the successful delivery of dry type transformer projects. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, ensuring both technical and commercial success. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong customer relationships, driving project excellence, and ensuring compliance with contractual and internal standards.


 

How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Independent project management for dry-type transformers for global customers
  • Central contact person for internal and external project communication – both with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, logistics) to clarify technical details and ensure smooth project execution
  • Oversee project timelines, documentation, cost control, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Handle claims and change orders proactively to protect company interests
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation and commissioning activities at customer sites
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during commissioning
  • Organize Factory Acceptance Tests in coordination with the plant and the customer

What You Bring
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field as well as several years of professional experience in complex project management, ideally handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical knowledge of dry type transformers and related technologies
  • Solid knowledge of project management methods
  • High level of communication skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in installation and commissioning of electrical equipment
  • Fluent in German and English: spoken and written
