How You’ll Make an Impact
- 生成并管理物料需求，确保及时获取所需物料，保证PR的准确和完整。Generate and manage material requirements to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of PRs.
- 维护和更新SAP中的物料编号，确保物料主数据的准确和最新状态。Maintain and update material numbers in SAP, ensuring the accuracy and status of material master data.
- 在SAP中创建和维护BOM，支持生产计划和库存管理。Create and maintain BOMs in SAP to support production planning and inventory management.
- 生成并发放领料单，确保物料及时准确发放用于生产，解决相关差异或问题。Generate and issue material requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of materials for production, and resolve related discrepancies or issues.
- 监控库存水平，避免物料短缺或过剩，定期进行库存审计，以确保准确性和符合公司政策，同时优化供应水平并降低库存成本。Monitor inventory levels to avoid material shortages or excesses, regularly conduct inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies, while optimizing supply levels and reducing inventory costs.
What You Bring
- 机械工程或相关专业本科毕业优先。Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
- 三年以上物料计划或相关工作经验。Over 3 years of experience in materials planning or related work.
- 熟练使用办公软件，熟悉SAP者优先。Proficient in office software, SAP experience is a plus.
- 良好的英语书写和口语能力。Good English skills both spoken and written.
- 具有良好的沟通技巧、分析能力、解决问题的能力、创新精神和团队合作精神。Good communication skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, innovation, and team cooperation spirit.
