Job Title: Supplier Quality Engineer
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Involve in supplier process and product qualification processes, ensure products quality can meet drawing requirement.
- Invlove in part localization, 2nd source development, MCP and new projects.
- Support supplier to develop and optimize manufacturing process.
- Supplier training and workshop to make quality continuous improvement.
- Lead supplier quality audits (system, process based on commodity).
- Coordinate with internal on purchasing parts quality issues handling.
- Tracking all non-conformances (including NC final quality judgement) and drive corrective actions, make sure all NCRs are closed in time.
- Assist manager to handle other quality topics.
What You Bring
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical or Mech-Elec engineering.
- At least 5 years working experience in supplier quality management.
- Experience with high voltage parts is preferred.
- Familiar with ISO9001 and VDA 6.3, ISO9001 internal auditor is a must.
- Willing to travel domestic.
