A Snapshot of Your Day

Started your day by conducting meticulous inspections of machined dimensions for critical components at the supplier site, specifically targeting castings and forgings for various types of compressors. Played a key role in implementing robust Supplier Quality Assurance measures, ensuring our high product standards were consistently achieved throughout the manufacturing process. Engaging in proactive root cause analysis, worked closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and finalize detailed inspection reports. Additionally, utilized risk management methodologies to drive quality improvement initiatives and meticulously reviewed supplier documentation to uphold compliance and excellence in our outputs.

How You’ll Make an Impact?

  1. Outsourcing core components machining dimensions inspection and key points supervising at Supplier site. Main commodities - Machining of Castings, Forgings & other raw materials. Machining parts of single shaft compressors, gear type compressors and recipe compressors.
  2. Plan & Implement Supplier Quality Assurance measures during ongoing business execution to ensure product quality.
  3. Support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive measures at supplier for quality issues. Tracking the quality issues rectification and finish the inspection reports.
  4. Apply Risk Management Methodologies to avoid quality issues, initiate and implement supplier quality improvement measures.
  5. Strong capability to review quality documents providing by suppliers.

What You Bring?

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or higher, in mechanical related major.
  2. Experience as design engineer, quality engineer or manufacturing engineer preferred.
  3. Strong ability to read drawing and master the usage of measurement tools.
  4. Know-how of Casting & Forging &Welding process.
  5. Working experience in technical functions in the Energy, Oil & Gas or related industry - preferred.
  6. Good collaboration, ownership and results oriented.
  7. Continuous learning to meet the needs of business development and individual development.
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  9. Familiarity with root cause analysis and other quality & risk management methodologies.
  10. Willingness to travel(50%)
  11. Open for Fresh graduate students!
