A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine being at the heart of a global transformation. As a PMO in our S4E Unify program, you’ll support the rollout of SAP S/4 Hana across Siemens Energy Sweden, working closely with the Project Leadership Team and international colleagues. Your day will involve planning and coordinating workshops, preparing key governance meetings, and ensuring smooth progress across multiple workstreams. You’ll be the go-to person for structure, clarity, and reporting in a project that will shape the future of our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prepare and organize Steering Committee and Advisory Board meetings
- Maintain and update the overall project plan
- Coordinate workshops and ensure alignment across workstreams
- Monitor progress and provide clear, timely reporting to leadership
- Track risks and issues and maintain quality documentation for milestones
- Support financial reporting and general administrative tasks for the project
What You Bring
- Academic background in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in project management for large, complex, international projects, ideally SAP ERP rollouts
- Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach with a focus on results and collaboration
