A Snapshot of Your Day

Each morning starts with a review of the scheduling software to capture overnight updates, verify 100 % date and resource accuracy, and flag any emerging risks to the critical path. You’ll then huddle with the TFA project team—planners, engineers, supply-chain, and finance—adjusting the master schedule, updating spend curves, and issuing refreshed cash-flow forecasts. Mid-day is devoted to stakeholder check-ins: aligning PMs and TFAs on field-service logistics, approving PTO requests, and confirming with the fleet manager that equipment maintenance won’t disrupt upcoming outages. The afternoon is typically spent refining schedule submissions (adding resource and cost loading), running variance analyses, and mentoring colleagues on Resiliency Transformer processes before circulating the day’s metrics to leadership.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Pioneer a brand-new function—join an inaugural team, shape its tools and processes from the ground up, and set the standard for scheduling excellence across the organization.

• Ensure flawless project delivery by maintaining 100 % schedule accuracy, protecting critical-path milestones, and preventing costly delays.

• Drive cross-functional alignment—linking engineering, construction, supply-chain, finance, and field-service teams—so every stakeholder works from one reliable, real-time plan.

• Optimize cash flow and budget visibility through timely preparation of spend curves, cost-loaded schedules, and data-driven variance analyses for leadership.

• Maximize field-service readiness by balancing TFA resource allocation, PTO, and equipment maintenance, guaranteeing crews and tools are always project-ready.

• Elevate schedule quality and consistency by implementing the Project Success Method, mentoring peers in best-practice planning, and training new staff on Resiliency Transformer workflows.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is ideal
• 4+ years of experience in project scheduling/planning is ideal
• Certification received through PMI or other similar organizations focused
in Project Management is helpful
• Experience in project planning/scheduling within the energy industry
• Requires strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and database applications.
• An understanding of critical path methodology to ensure, and communicate, timely delivery of
milestone tasks
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure (timelines and deadlines) when required
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
