0365 Support Engineer -Teams will be responsible for providing seamless operations of the Microsoft teams service and also ensuing effective collaboration

How You’ll Make an Impact / Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day operational task for Microsoft Teams and other M365 Applications ensuring an excellent customer experience every time.
  • Evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stakeholders and end-users Regular monitoring of Office 365 applications.
  • Knowledge of the Teams Telephony topics.
  • Manage the development and implementation new services and testing of assigned servers.
  • Set-up, troubleshoot issues related to MTR and Meeting room configuration topics.
  • Provide Solutions on Automating daily administrative task.
  • Share your knowledge with teammates and guide them in the resolution of complex technical problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
  • Enforce a high-quality customer service culture.
  • Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training.

What You Bring / Skills, Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in technology.
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role with hands-on experience in:
  • MS Teams Administration
  • Operators connect.
  • Teams Device management
  • Identifying host providers
  • Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure with an organized problem-solving approach.
  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations; Good organizational skills.
