Your profile

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of working experience in commercial / legal / contract management related tasks
  • Experiences in contract management and customer negotiations
  • General understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments
  • The ability to conceptualize & socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward
  • You are self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in teams
  • You are open to new ways of working and enjoy engaging in a culture-diverse environment
  • Flexibility and willingness for potential domestic / international travel

Your responsibilities

  • Take ownership and drive the commercial parts of the bid, incl. developing a strategy for bid specific terms and conditions, tax and currency concepts, financial securities, terms of payments, insurances and export control
  • Actively create and implement commercial offer strategy together with the bidding team
  • Engage in customer negotiations
  • Manage the bidding team and central support functions to support the winning value proposition for each opportunity
  • Follow, complete and document all required Commercial processes
  • Support and contribute to the internal due diligence processes for bid approval
