High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear Supervisor
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Supervise Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) installation
- Close communication with you Supervisor lead, project managers on status of ongoing and future projects
- Provide guidance for engineering teams for secondary, primary and civil portions of the projects
- Ensure an installation of equipment is on time
- Control contractor schedules
- Support Service projects of Siemens Energy Systems
What You Bring
- Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of 4 of years’ experience in High Voltage or Medium Voltage substation experience required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience GIS supervision experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear commissioning preferred
- The position can be based anywhere in the US, however will require 80-90% travel across North America
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
