A Snapshot of Your Day

Siemens Energy is looking for an expert in the Human Resources area that can support our growing workforce in Queretaro, Mexico!

The Human Resources Business Partner will be the first point of contact for new employees and hiring managers from offer acceptance to onboarding and will handle all inquiries from new hires. They will fuel our mission of building a work culture that is defined by our caring, agile, respectful, and accountable individuals. They will champion our workforce of the future by generating power through diversity as We Energize Society!

How You’ll Make an Impact

       Provide HR consulting and coaching: Advise business leaders to address people and cultural challenges, including hiring, termination, performance management, and compensation.

       Drive organizational change: Support talent-related aspects of restructuring and integration during mergers and acquisitions.

       Advocate and communicate HR programs: Explain the business value of HR initiatives and manage their implementation to minimize disruption.

       Collaborate on key talent initiatives: Work with business and recruiting teams on workforce planning, high-potential employee development, and succession planning.

       Offer technical and regulatory expertise: Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices across all HR processes.

What You Bring 

  • Education & Experience: University degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or similar; 10+ years in HR functions such as recruiting, payroll, compensation, or onboarding preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Core Competencies: Proactive, strong communication, team player, able to present data to stakeholders; flexible, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change.
  • Technical & Legal Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft software, general understanding of local labor laws, and knowledge of local job markets.

       Additional Requirements: Ability to travel at least 10%.
