Your Profile
Having experience of Competency Management would be beneficial but is not essential, we have a dedicated team to support your development and learning in this area. A background in Human Resources, Business Management or similar should provide the basic foundation required. We will provide the environment to encourage innovation and cultivate a thriving culture.

How You'll Make an Impact
As a Competence Management Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support our organisation across a variety of projects within a global team. During this time, you will:
- Support the setup of our global Competence Management framework!
- Liaise with the business on any potential changes to the framework & implementation of them.
- Offer 1st level support to users (employees/ function managers) on how to use the framework.
- Support the development of business KPI report suite & compliance dashboards.
- Produce and issue regular reports for each functional manager, meeting with colleagues to discuss and troubleshoot any framework needs or concerns.
- Analyse business wide data patterns and trends to identify opportunities for systemic improvement in our framework and management of competence.
