A Snapshot of Your Day
Your daily task is to lead the Offer team at the Switchgear factory in Berlin. This includes working on offer strategies, approving offer calculations and meeting with clients and negotiating communicated offers. Furthermore, you are responsible for the development of the Offer Team, the development of the tool infrastructure and the focus on high productivity.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the Offer Team, which includes Customer Contact and Bid Preparation which is located in Berlin, Erlangen and Bucharest
- Develop and implement offer strategies, processes and methodologies to build a strong and flexible organization
- Oversee the planning and execution of offers with strong focus on timelines, cost control, factory capacities and resources
- Collaborating with colleagues and external partners to develop policies and procedures that align with business objectives, targets and customer satisfaction
- Ensure close collaboration with regional Sales teams and internal customers and focus on transparency and effective communication to all partners and team members, also ensure the implementation of EQS requirements- and culture as well as customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Foster a culture of continues improvement within the offer team connected with the identification of needs and their implementation into a solid team development plan
What You Bring
- Longstanding Sales experience in Factory Business
- Distinctive ability in structural proceeding, strategic thinking in a growth market combined with an ambition for leading teams and passion for customer contacts
- Technical Master's degree or in Business Administration
- Strong understanding of customer requirements combined with a quick grasp of the situation
- Business English is mandatory, fluent German language skills are advantageous
