A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be responsible for coordinating service orders (parts, workforce, repairs, or a combination of them) across the Asia Pacific region. This role involves acting as the primary link between factories worldwide and the Gas Services region, ensuring seamless communication and efficient service delivery. You will have a well-rounded view of the status of all service orders in your region, and will have to align and collaborate with internal partners in each of the PCCs to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction along the process. This position, in coordination with project managers or order managers, will also perform customer visits to align execution strategies and next steps on an as needed basis.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Team Lead: Leading the regional service project managers in Asia Pacific. Participate in the definition and implementation of internal processes together with other departments (Field Service, EHS, finance, etc). Establish regular follow-ups with Gas Services regions and participate in the revenue forecasting process. Responsible for NPS results related to execution.
- Coordinate Service Orders: Align and coordinate service orders between factories and Gas Services region, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between factories and regional teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Project Planning: For sophisticated orders, develop and implement timelines and schedules to ensure service orders are completed within the specified timeframe.
- Risk Management: For sophisticated orders, identify potential risks and issues related to service orders and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Partner Management: Collaborate with various partners, including sales, supply chain and logistics, engineering, among others, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Follow up on Customer Satisfaction Survey results and actions.
- Performance Monitoring: Supervise and report key performance indicators (OTD, NPS, CSI, PDBL, etc), ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations. Following up on customer concerns and NPS reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements and implement standard methodologies to enhance service delivery.
- Travel: 30-50% domestic / international travel required, for both external and internal visits.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven ability in project management, preferably in the energy or manufacturing industry.
- Skills: Proven digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP software (Oracle, SAP etc.) and CRM (Salesforce) is helpful. Proficiency in project management tools and concepts.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and individually with the same enthusiasm and intensity.
- Self-motivation to find efficient and effective ways to accomplish end goals.
- Knowledge and understanding of Siemens Energy’s products and services.
