A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Business Analytics team in Procurement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making and eager to gain hands-on experience in analytics, project coordination, and agile methodologies. You will support the Team in day-to-day activities and assist with Scrum Master activities for selected projects. This will give you the opportunity to gain experience in data analytics and AI.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assist the Manager with operational and strategic tasks in Procurement Business Analytics.
• Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and data initiatives.
• Explore and contribute to technical topics such as SQL, AI, and Machine Learning for analytics use cases.

What You Bring

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in technical topics such as SQL, AI, and Machine Learning
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum) preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
