• Monitoring information flows and maintaining both paper and electronic files will ensure smooth operations.
• Maintaining training profiles will keep all data accurate and up-to-date.
• Covering shared inboxes weekly will facilitate effective communication within the team.
• Upholding confidentiality for all sensitive or proprietary information will safeguard our operations.
• Providing general support to the Training Coordination Team will contribute to our mission of excellence in training.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in studies within HR, Business, Economics or Engineering.
• A passion for renewable energy and a strong desire to lead change in the industry is essential.
• Being structured, diligent, and self-driven ensures tasks are completed efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with intercultural competencies, are required.
• A positive can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit are key to being a successful team player.
• Familiarity with Office 360, especially Excel, along with a willingness to learn about qualification management and the training industry, is important.
