You will engage with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive initiatives that enhance our software development processes. Your role will be dynamic and impactful, as you work closely with stakeholders to ensure our tools meet their needs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will take full ownership of software development tools, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
• Manage all projects and services related to Gitlab, Artifactory, Sonarqube, and the MAP platform.
• Conduct business analysis and requirements engineering to optimize our software solutions.
• Lead an offshore team of 4-6 DevOps and service colleagues, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Optimize cost structures and control budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Represent the Software Development Community in global initiatives, advocating for best practices.
• Manage relationships with internal and external license suppliers to ensure compliance and efficiency.

What You Bring

• A university degree in IT or related areas.
• Several years of experience in service management and agile IT project management (SCRUM, KANBAN), preferably with certification.
• Fluent English in both written and spoken forms; German is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage an offshore team effectively.
• A solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to articulate requirements clearly.
• Experience in managing and supporting social media communities of software developers.
• Familiarity with tools such as Gitlab, Artifactory, and Sonarqube is advantageous.
• A customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach.
